We put a lot of love and care into the gorgeous products we select for online and want you to adore your purchase however understand that sometimes ordering items online can be risky.
 

Therefore, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange on any items that may be faulty or damaged (this doesn’t include items that have been damaged as a result of wear and tear).

All our pieces are handmade and therefore each product is unique and may vary slightly from item to item.

CONDITIONS OF RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

• Please contact us at hello@tangled.co.nz regarding the item that you wish to return.

• Items need to be returned within 21 days of you receiving the product.

• All items must be returned in their original condition with all original tags attached (unused and with no signs of wear).

• Proof of purchase must be provided.
